Non-Discrimination Statement

Let it be known that on October 16, 1991, the Board of Directors for the National Animal
Control Association passed the following resolution:

The National Animal Control Association hereby declares that discrimination on the grounds of
race, creed, color, national origin, political or religious affiliation, sex, sexual orientation, age,
marital status, family relationship and disability is prohibited by or within the association.
